RETURN POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means that we would love to hear from you within 14 days. Keep in mind that 14 days is the maximum amount of time to request a return. Please keep in mind that our warranty still covers your purchase after the 30 days period, since we provide every purchase with a warranty that is valid for 3 years. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Our policy extends 14 days from the time you receive the product. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can offer no offer and refund or exchange due to right of withdrawal. However, we have our own guarantees that give you 100% of your money back if results are not available.

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging & storage plastic.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

When you return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. 


When you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or your original payment method within a certain amount of days.

Send products with DHL, UPS, USPS, Fedex, Postnord, Schenker packages or similar service and send us your tracking number.

The shipping method recommends that letters should not be used, products will return. We also do not accept shipments that must be picked up by us. 

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. When approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
